The location of the hotel was great and there was a helpful receptionist. The big clean room was comfortable and had air conditioning to combat the hot weather. The hotel was conveniently close to local train and metro stops for ease of travel.
Sadly the hotel lacked a lift and the stairs were steep, which made it difficult for us to carry our heavy suitcases up to our room. the breakfast consisted of limited options and was not particularly delicious.

Hotel was not bad, situated near two lines of metro, staff was very friendly. Room was not dirty but it smelled. Breakfest was just in Italian style only sweets. The most important was the secure car park inside hotel. warning! Do not visit pizzeria 10pasta&cici which was suggested in the hotel, they cheated us giving finnaly much bigger prices than that in menu, and when we asked about it they threatened us! Naples is extremaly dirty and danger city, go to vesuvius and pompei. we spent just half day in the city. driving in naples is worse than in kambodja, I suggest going and leaving the city very early in the morning.
Smell in the room, only sweet breakfest, robbers in Naples restaurants ( if You are not from Naples You will be always cheated in restaurants!

This hotel is a hidden gem, providing excellent value for money. Its location, just two stops away from the historical town center, makes it a convenient base for exploring the city. The staff are incredibly helpful and go out of their way to assist guests, providing a personal touch. The rooms are comfortable and come with basic amenities such as air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast, with its good coffee selection, is a great way to start the day.
All was fine and there's nothing to complain about.

Very friendly staff, speak v.good english. Cosy breakfast room+terrace, although not big variety of foods. Good location - next to 2 metro lines (closes at 10.30pm!). Have their own safe parking at the back entrance. Great place to stay to check out the city during the day, although if you stay late partying in the city - the only way to come back is by taxi.
Not very comfortable beds/matrasses.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Naples and was pleasantly surprised by its value for money. The prices were quite reasonable, especially considering the central location - just a short taxi ride away from the historical town center. The staff were incredibly attentive and the basic amenities provided were in fairly good condition. I particularly liked the big bathroom with air conditioning and the balcony that provided a lovely view. Lastly, the breakfast served every morning was accompanied by a great cup of coffee.
I have to say, everything was more than okay during my stay.

We chose it for location, value and free parking, but were impressed by the thoughtful attention of the family/staff. The Metro into town was only a few blocks away, the Tangenziale freeway exit/entrance was conveniently nearby, and the neighborhood had all the shops and restaurants we required. The bustling air of activity on the busy street below was entertaining and we loved the contrast of the hotel's peaceful, lush terrace garden. Our room ("Enzo") was clean and comfortable, with mini fridge, tv, large bathroom and cute tiny private balcony. The breakfast buffet was tasty and generous. Thank you, Antonio and family for a fun, memorable stay. We would deninitely return to the Cesare Augusto!

Convenient location near public transportation, including a nearby metro and bus station. Friendly and helpful staff, some of whom speak Spanish. Varied and healthy breakfast options available. No issues with luggage storage. WiFi available, though connection quality can be spotty. Would definitely consider staying again.

I had a great stay at this hotel! Firstly, the location couldn't have been better. It was just a short walk from the train station and in the center of town. Secondly, the room was spacious and had a lovely balcony where I could relax. The hotel also provided basic amenities, and the air conditioning in the room was in fairly good condition. Lastly, the breakfast was enjoyable with good coffee to start the day.
All was fine during my stay.

Location was good and safe, close to bus and metro station. Nice terrace for breakfast.
My room wasn't very clean and it smelled like smoke, even if had asked for a non-smoking room.
